«HR-brand 2008» award

VT LOGISTIC Co Ltd is nominated for the «HR-brand 2008» award. Voronezh Transport Logistics Company «VT LOGISTIC Co Ltd» has applied for the «HR-brand 2008» award. It is a business award given for the most successful work in staff attraction and retention.

This award was set up to promote modern recruitment and branding techniques, develop corporate culture and corporate relations. The «HR-brand» award was established in 2006 and in three years the number of participants and nominees has significantly increased.

The «HR-brand» award evaluates the projects implemented on the Russian market following the requirements specified for the global efficient HR-strategies. Compared to the previous years the judgement system was slightly changed. It will include three stages which will lead to more accurate nominee evaluation and winner selection:

In each nomination the 1-st, 2-nd and 3-rd degree («1-st prize», «2-nd prize», «3-rd prize») awards will be granted.

The projects are classified depending on the scale of their implementation:

• International project — a project implemented in a few countries of the world including Russia.
• Federal project — in a number of regions of Russia including Moscow.
• Regional project — in one or several regions of Russia not including Moscow.
• Local project — in one city of Russia.

Grand Prix of the «HR-brand» award will also be awarded.

• HR-reform — an award for the most efficient change of the HR- branding strategy
• Internal HR-brand — an award for the most successful internal HR-branding
• Best strategy and HR-branding development — Special jury’s award. The Jury review the concepts, aims and creative ideas and gives points based on the following criteria: singularity of design and compliance with the aims
• Nominee’s confidence — Nominees’ Choice Award
• HR-brand of the Region — an award for the most efficient work with an HR-brand of the regional company
