VT LOGISTIC Co Ltd uses a flexible approach to customer service. Comprehensive services provided by the Company allows meeting individual requirements and capabilities of customers.
- The company is committed to developing close and longstanding partnership relations with clients. The employees shall provide complete and valid information about all advantages, risks and possible results of their relations with the Company. Customer service can only be performed based on customer requirements and mutual agreements.
- The customer is always right. Even is he/she is mistaken and sticks to his/her point the employees do not have the right to be rude and must find out the reasons, explain their point of view and the way out. Everyone shall have to find a compromise.
- The employees must not create such service conditions which damage the Company’s interests and/or unreasonably derogate from other customers’ rights.
- The company is responsible for validity of its marketing materials and promotion actions. Advertising materials must not lead to unrealistic expectations regarding the Company’s abilities.
- The Company protects the information about its customers. This information shall only be used for the purposes for which is was collected and in cases stipulated by the laws of Russian Federation and internal company’s documentation.
- The customers’ information shall only be used by the department which is directly involved in servicing this customer and by the departments providing customer service. Such confidential information about the customers shall be disclosed to its officers and employees only on a strict „need-to-know“ basis and only by customer’s consent.

VT LOGISTIC Co Ltd encourages good partnership relations with customers and allows exchanging small corporate gifts between partners.
- The company allows receiving the gifts with approximate cost of about 500 rubles unless otherwise stated by the head of the department. The gifts to customers can only be given if there are no rules forbidding it.
